11 | 366 Five
Falling into step with hundreds of thousands I'm living the cliche of "new year, new you" and started 2016 with my primary focus being my health. The last 10 days have been spent inviting five new habits into my life : logging my food, walking the steps, drinking the water, taking my medicine, and resting my body. No, it's not a new me [yet] but it's a me that feels more like myself and its a beginning. Celebrating the first five pounds gone.
